We offer extended warranty for all standard product pumping stations provided by IDS_ once the asset is in the Adoption process and during the 2-year maintenance free period required by Scottish Water.
We offer a 24 hour, 7 day a week call out service which is notifiable via Telemetry monitoring. This enables us to respond to any issues that arise with a team of M&E engineers who can rectify any station breakdown and return the station to full operation, avoiding flooding incidents or overflow risk into watercourses.
