Meet the IDS Senior Leadership Team below:
Stewart is a chartered mechanical engineer with over 40 years’ experience from an initial apprenticeship in Weir Pumps Ltd, Glasgow. He has worked across the municipal and industrial water treatment markets; the oil sector; and the renewable energy sector. He has extensive experience in project engineering, project management and bid management.
Chris is a Project Management professional with over 10 years’ experience in the water industry. Chris leads all aspects of our operational portfolio, managing the delivery team to ensure our projects are delivered to exceed client expectations and aligned with our values.

Brandon’s qualifications include a NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety a Post Graduate Diploma in Safety and Risk Management from Strathclyde University, Glasgow and a Certificate in Environmental Management from the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health. Brandon has in depth technical knowledge of many engineering systems and their inherent risks, and knowledge of the control measures required to mitigate those risks. He provided advice to managers, given Toolbox Talks and delivered training such as IOSH Managing Safely. Brandon’s role is primarily to ensure the ID Systems UK business complies with current Health, Safety and Environmental legislation, as well as promoting the Business Management System (BMS). |
Shane is a project management professional with over 15 years’ experience in the water industry. Shane has extensive experience in project engineering and framework management. He currently leads our ICAT delivery, managing departmental teams to ensure our projects are delivered to exceed client expectations and aligned with our values.
Jason is a project management professional with over 15 years’ experience in the water industry. Jason has extensive experience in project engineering, project and framework management. He currently leads our modular assembly delivery, managing departmental teams to ensure our off site build projects are delivered to exceed client expectations and aligned with our values.
Adam is a Business Management professional with over 8 years’ experience in the water industry. Adam joined us in 2011 as an Electrical Apprentice and has since become time served progressing from site-supervision to Bid Management/Estimating and is currently working towards a BA (Honours) degree in Business Management. Adam looks after the day to day running of the Estimating department.
Pat has over 25 years’ experience across the water & oil sector starting as a time served electrician at HF Electrical before moving into a consultancy role with Entec and subsequent role within SWSII as an Electrical engineer. He has extensive experience in project engineering, project management, and bid management & procurement.
Kirsty is an experienced Automation Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the industrial automation industry. Skilled in Energy, Water Treatment, Engineering, Project Engineering, and Electrical Wiring. Strong engineering professional with a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) focused on Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde.
Stevie is a time served electrician with over 40 years of engineering experience. He has worked over 25 years in the water industry, having spent 15 of those years working for Scottish Water following which he joined IDS in 2004 as a project engineer. Stevie has spent the last 10 years at IDS as the HR Manager. Over and above his 10 years HR experience he has also significant experience in project engineering and project management.
